On Wednesday a few of us distributed a meal with rice, vegetables and pita bread to between 180-230 people at St Paul’s, Finsbury Square and the Bank Of Ideas.
We set a good mood and atmosphere by chanting together with accompaniment from a guitar and drum as we served the food. Many people were happy to join in with us as we set up a positive, uplifting vibration and experience.
We served food to those people attending the general assembly (meeting for all) who didn’t have a chance to come to the food tent.
There were many happy faces and compliments.
